Cancellation Policy
To ensure our schedule remains efficient, please provide at least 4 hours notice.
For any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointments.
Clients should contact the salon by (phone, Instagram/FB, online booking system).
Please do not being any children or guest unless they are also being provided a service.
BOOKING POLICIES
*All services will require a debit or credit card on file to reserve your appointment!
Your card will NOT be charged unless you no-call/no-show your appointment.
LATE POLICY :
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment time TheReveal Studio may not be able to accommodate some, or all, of the scheduled services due to booking constraints. If the remaining appointment time will not allow for completion of the scheduled services, the client will be asked to reschedule for a later date and time to avoid unfair delays to others. A One-time reschedule deposit fee will be waived to complete the original service requested.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:
‼️ PLEASE NOTIFY US AT LEAST 4 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING. CLIENTS WHO FAIL TO SHOW UP FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT AND FAIL TO COMMUNICATE WILL BE CHARGED A 40% SERVICE FEE!
